Conventional manual cleaning is carried out with potentially hazardous chemicals that fail to achieve the required standards.  Dry steam generated under pressure to temperature up to 180° C dissolves grease, kills germs in an instant and sanitises every surface it touches.  The steam also penetrated cracks and crevices and other hard-to-reach areas that more traditional methods cannot.
